About Us
At Apex Meridian House, we exist for the people who have been overlooked, underserved, and told that starting over is not an option. We are a women-led nonprofit based in Columbia, South Carolina, providing safe, stable, and affordable housing to veterans, individuals in recovery, and people facing housing insecurity. We believe that stable housing is the first step toward a stable life, and that every person who walks through our doors deserves a safe place to breathe, reset, and rebuild. We are community-rooted, women-led, and driven by one simple belief: every person deserves more than a roof. They deserve a foundation.

Our rooms are clean, affordable, and located in a safe, supportive environment. Each space is designed with comfort and dignity in mind, giving residents everything they need to stabilize, breathe, and move forward.
